Brenda Lee Hoffman — Senior VP, Head of Global Technology U.S. Markets Systems and Global Information Services at Nasdaq

Ms. Brenda Lee Hoffman serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Technology U.S. Markets Systems and Global Information Services for Nasdaq. In this role, Ms. Hoffman is responsible for overseeing the development, operations and regulatory compliance of Nasdaq's U.S. market trading, information services and auxiliary systems. She is also responsible for overseeing the important transition of the Securities Information Processor (SIP) to INET core technology. Ms. Hoffman served as the Group Head of Information Technology and Senior Vice President at TMX Group Limited from July 31, 2012 to July 31, 2015. Ms. Hoffman served as Senior Vice President of TMX Group Inc. (alternate name TSX Group Inc.) since April 30, 2007 and its Group Head of Information Technology since April 29, 2009. She served as Vice President of Development for Information and Trading Technology - TSX Technologies, a subsidiary of TSX Group Inc. from January 2001 to April 2007. Ms. Hoffman served as Chief Information Officer TSX Group Inc. since April 30, 2007. Prior to joining TMX Group Inc., she was Director of the Worldwide Competency Centre for Exchanges, e-Markets and e-Brokerage Solutions at ISM, a division of IBM Global Services. Prior to joining IBM, she served as Project Manager for the European Stock Exchanges at KTG technologies Corp. (formerly. TIL Systems Ltd.). She serves as a Director of Razor Risk Technologies Limited. Ms. Hoffman holds a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
