Gunilla Hellqvist — Global Head of Market Operations and Senior Vice President at Nasdaq

Ms. Gunilla Hellqvist has been the Global Head of Market Operations and Senior Vice President of Nasdaq, Inc. since May 2014. Ms. Hellqvist's responsibilities include the business operations for all NASDAQ OMX exchanges, clearing and custody services worldwide. She has been with NASDAQ OMX since the merger and joined OMX in 1995. During the consolidation of the Nordic exchanges and later the merger between NASDAQ and OMX, she was responsible for the integration of all operations units. Prior to this, she headed the Nordic Market Operations. With more than 25 years of experience from the financial markets, Ms. Hellqvist has vast experience from business and product development, fixed income and trading operations. She has held various positions with listed companies and at The Riksbank, Sweden's central bank. She serves on the board of NASDAQ OMX Broker Services and on the board of FSPOS, The group for private-public co-operation in the financial sector. Ms. Hellqvist holds a Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Link??ping and an executive MBA.
