Mr. McCarthy served as Head of Exchange-Traded Product Listings & Services and Vice President at Nasdaq, Inc. (Alternative Name: The Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc.) since December 2014. Mr. McCarthy served as Head of Global ETF Product for Securities & Fund Services business at Citigroup Inc. He was responsible for product innovation and market development and coordinates the delivery of end-to-end servicing solutions across trading, distribution and administration for the global ETF market. Mr. McCarthy joined Citigroup from Brown Brothers Harriman, where he served as the Global ETF Product Manager. Mr. McCarthy holds a BA in History and Business Studies from Providence College.
