Mr. Meyer Sandy Frucher, also known as Sandy, served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ PHLX, Inc. (also known as Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc). since June 1998. Mr. Frucher served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Battery Park City Authority from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Frucher served as an Executive Vice President of Development of Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A.) and coordinated and oversaw all of its development projects in the United States from 1988 to 1997. He served as a Management Consultant to major organizations including World Financial Properties Inc. (formerly Olympia and York), Wellsford Properties Inc., and Robert Plan Corporation, a subsidiary of American International Group. He served as the Chief Labor Negotiator for the state of New York from 1978 to 1983. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Nasdaq, Inc. Mr. Frucher serves as Director of The Options Clearing Corporation. He has been an Independent Director of Sirius International Insurance Group Ltd. since August 2016. He has been a Director of World Federation of Exchanges since October 28, 2014. He served as a Member of Board of Advisors of LTVtrade LLC since January 25, 2012. He served as a Director of Reis, Inc. (also known as Wellsford Real Properties Inc.) from June 2000 to May 2012. He served as a Director of Reis Services LLC. He served on Board of Governors of Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. since September 1997. He served as Chairman and Trustee of the New York City School Construction Authority from 1988 to 1999 and Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Mr. Frucher holds a Bachelor's Arts in Government from Columbia University and a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
