Mr. Meyer Sandy Frucher, also known as Sandy, served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ PHLX, Inc. (also known as Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc). since June 1998. Mr. Frucher served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Battery Park City Authority from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Frucher served as an Executive Vice President of Development of Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A.) and coordinated and oversaw all of its development projects in the United States from 1988 to 1997.
