Mr. Peter Strandell serves as Director of Nasdaq Clearing AB. He also serves as an Senior Vice President and Treasurer of NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc. Mr. Strandell serves as Senior Vice President and Group Treasurer at Nasdaq, Inc. Mr. Strandell oversees the Group's Debt/Funding, Asset and liquidity management and is also responsible for all Counterparty, Currency, Interest rate and Foreign Exchange rate Risk Management. As Managing Treasury Services, he also oversees the Risk Management in the Groups Clearing Houses. He joined Nordic Exchange group, OMX AB in 1998. Mr. Strandell also serves at the Board of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, New York (SACC). He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Stockholm University.
