Mr. Randall Hopkins serves as Senior Managing Director at Nasdaq, Inc. Mr. Hopkins served as Managing Director at Nasdaq OMX Group Inc., and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Data Products. Mr. Hopkins served as Vice President for Market Data Distribution of Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. Mr. Hopkins was responsible for the creation and dissemination of valuable information from the quoting and trading of securities. Mr. Hopkins was Senior Sales Director of Market Data Distribution and plays an instrumental role in the distribution of NASDAQ's premier data products, including TotalView(SM). Since TotalView's inception in 2003, he has worked with the data distribution team to improve the product and increase sales. Beginning January 23, Mr. Hopkins oversees the Market Data Distribution department and assume responsibility for NASDAQ's real-time and historical market data feed products, including continuing sales efforts for TotalView and OpenView(SM), as well as bringing new data products to market. Additionally, Mr. Hopkins serves on the Unlisted Trading Privileges Plan's Operating Committee as NASDAQ's senior representative.
