Robert Ian Caisley — Senior Vice President of Market Technology Systems at Nasdaq

Mr. Robert Ian Caisley, also known as Bob, has been Senior Vice President of Market Technology Systems at Nasdaq, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Caisley served as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Singapore Exchange Limited from January 14, 2008 to November 19, 2015 and its Head of Technology Solutions Delivery until November 19, 2015. Mr. Caisley was responsible for managing the Technology group which comprises the functions of IT planning and governance, enterprise architecture, solutions delivery and services management. He also assists the Chief Operations Offi cer in ensuring a robust and reliable technology infrastructure that reinforces SGX's strategic business and growth plans. With more than 25 years of experience in IT project management and operations, Mr. Caisley provides strategic guidance in technology direction and business development at SGX. Mr. Caisley joined SGX on 14 January 2008. Prior to SGX, he served as Head of Integrated Trading Systems at Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In his career, he has been responsible for the successful implementations of key IT projects with ASX, the Kuwait Investment Offi ce and Commercial Union PLC. He served as the project leader for the development and implementation of the UK's electronic funds transfer system under BACS (Banker Automated Clearing Service) Ltd.
