Stop confusing constantly talking with effective communication. Reduce endless meetings and focus on best practices, standards, and flows that make sense. We wouldn't need everyone in the room to discuss every step of the way if we had set operations to follow and standards to measure against!

Stop being reactive to our customers and letting them dictate our product. Stop hand holding for the few when we could be building a better product for the many. Stop confusing some instructors rudeness/inability to be responsible for the tasks they take on as actually programmatic flaws.
