The health benefits are great, while the pension can be best described as 'it exist'

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Anual pay increase that would compete with inflation
The NFL pays below market because they believe that for anyone who wants to leave, there are 30 people who would jump to take their place.

The cohesiveness that they all drive to be the best version of themselves everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company has become desperately bloated with middle managers. An effort to clean house at those ranks would make an enormous impact.
