Getting jobs done by specified times. When safety protocols are met.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Need more employees. Workers are retiring faster than being replaced. Safety demands proper training. We need more employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was over 30 years ago, and the company has changed hands several times. My answer is not relevant.
