The employees and environment make it worthwhile
Everyone is caring, they care about each other, communities they live in, there are always opportunities to volunteer. There are always ways you can develop yourself. This is also a very safety-focused company, including on mental health and safety.

Bullying. Allowing certain people to get away with stuff. Stop picking certain people pick on. Get management that actually cares abkut fixing issues. Not sweeping them under the rug.
Treat everyone like they are valued
A lot of their training procedures are dated and difficult to follow along with perhaps having smaller new hire groups will be helpful
mid and top managers are very political, you can never get a yes or no answer and change happens frequently with very little communication
