The interview was friendly and helpful.
Years ago it was based on experience. Now its based on nepotism
Being able to communicate with recruiters throughout the process for questions, updates, and any necessary conversations.
It was a brief process.
That it does try to focus on behaviours as well as knowledge
Its fair and usually unbiased and useful
Provided with case studies to identify fast paced skills
It was over 30 years ago, and the company has changed hands several times. My answer is not relevant.

I liked having to take a competency test.
Review from Operations Dept
I felt confident that they were truly listening to me and getting a feel for my experience and what i could offer now and in the future
Review from Operations Dept
Met a lot of people I'd be working with and it allowed me to size the company up!
The interview process is a manager reading off a series of questions it feels very rushed with no feedback to your responses the interview should have been a red flag for what the work environment would be like
Not a great experience as I found the process was more of a requirement than looking for the best candidate
Process speed can be improved to get new hires in the door faster.
Enough of the bologna HR questions and focus on peoples skills and qualifications. Provide a level playing field for candidates and don't simply interview to meet "regulations" when you already know some has been picked for the job.
The time from phone screen to first day was really long.
Their HR person booked me for the wrong day, so I showed up and no one was waiting for me. Then one of the directors decided to give me 15 mins of his time, upon liking me he called another director who gave me another 15 mins. Got hired for one role, first day into the job they moved be to another
