What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No techincal people in senior leadership (LabVIEW doesn't count). Uninspiring with no vision and no strategy other than cut costs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team is great, lots of talented people, very good management (rare, have been on many teams). A shining star in a bleak sky.
