What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy my clients who I have built relationships with over the years. I do appreciate how we treat each pet that walks into our facility as if they were our own pet.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overworked, underpaid. Again, we are tired of management sharing how well our financials are each quarter but then denying us of a raise. We don't even get raises to match inflation. Also, our accrued PTO hours were withheld from us because we were short staffed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We need to get back to providing exceptional quality of customer service and animal care. Also, stop offering minimum wage jobs when you set extremely high standards for your staff. Quit bragging about how much money you are making and claiming it's "not in the budget" to give us a raise.
