The hospital i work at is not professional, my managing DVMs and hospital manager are never on the same page with things. There is no organized training system for new people. It is uncomfortable to go to work when they let more experienced technicians bully fairly newer ones.

Communication, having the same standards for all employees, training, being professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my 2 other fellow coworkers that are constantly trying to work at all times and help each other when needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are not held at the same standard as others, they get to come to work to have their phones out, hands in their pocket, hide in the bathroom while I feel as if I am constantly picking up their slack. We have coworkers bullying orher coworkers and nothing is being done about it.
