What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Doctors should be given more say in how they run their daily operations. They are forced to use unqualified employees to perform tasks that only skilled technicians should be allowed to perform. I think that allowing " work friends" power they do not deserve to have is a recipe for disaster.

Overall a pretty positive experience except for the managers. They have a way of creating a toxic environment in an otherwise lovely place to work. The main way they could improve would be with some communication training.
