Most of our team is awesome with very few exceptions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits, no compensation for job performance, constantly asked to go above and beyond yet no overtime, hours cut, yet hiring new people, no employee retention, no communication.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All the positive things that were given as incentives as pet owners and employees have been taken away. How do you employ a pet owner at an animal hospital and day camp and require them to work 10-12 days and pay them less than national average then remove their discount and not allow their pets
