What did you like most about the interview process?

I was hired prior to NVA takeover

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Support for mental health is a benefit for any veterinary team member.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management and leadership teams. Better examples from management of work ethics and patient care.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor management, no support, this can be improved by more hand on training and hiring a medical director.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Hiring incompetent technical staff and offering little to zero training. Training programs and hired cvt should be required for all hospitals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is no support from upper management. No ability for the team on the floor working everyday to move forward with improved client and patient care, supporting technical staff and unhealthy doctor schedules.
