To be treated fairly and with respect. To earn a livable wage and have a steady schedule.

Actually show up and do the work needed rather than being on their cell phone or only taking on exciting tasks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with staff members and actually addressing concerns. Also holding staff members accountable instead of basing pay and schedule on politics rather than effort.
