It wasn't tense amd stressful ther interviewer created a comfortable space.

I was never told about any stock and i currently have no benefits with my company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work enviroment is very hostile, ive had a metal trash can thrown at me (toward my lower region), the communication is extremely poor, and everyone has a very poor attitude.
