We are overworked and underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and are able to communicate together well. We have lost 2 employees in the last 4 months though due to being underpaid, so we are feeling the strain.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other hospitals in our area we make the least per hour even though we have a very high percentage of credentialed technicians. Our funds are allocated elsewhere , such as building improvement - rather than paying employees fairly.
