Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got my 90 day review @ 6 months, and got a flawless review. I have not had a pay increase as discussed and negotiated at my hiring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our support staff works amazing together and we do an amazing job. I have 30+ years experience in the vet field and I love my co-workers. We all feel under appreciated and there is never a positive word from our practice manager.
