What are some of the best things about your team?We do what's best for the customers we don't try to up sale which keeps people coming back for years
What did you like most about the interview process? When i was interviewed there was a different manager and they were willing to work with me to make sure i could do the job correctly. new manager just expect you to know how to do everything and wants 100% all the time no matter what.
What did you like most about the interview process?Angel is cery nice. But they fail to tell people the truth. Its a seasonal position we dont always have work. Then when we do get slammed with work we are expected to dray 10 hours. They notify us 10 minutes before an 8 hour shift that we need to stay 10 hours. They also lie about the hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?lack of communication about company policies
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers are best friends with manager so they literally stand around gossiping instead of working. Because they know that when im done with my work management will make me go help them. & if its not completeled by my 8hour shift i need to stay & do 10hours to finish there stuff while everyone goes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?My leadership team needs to be better at communication and follow through.
