What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees need to be valued and respected above the management and money being made by commission.

'Patients' are to be treated like cattle. Herd as many of them through as fast as you can, regardless of the health or well-being.

Communication listening to complaints from employees

Poor quality turn around time to long

Have better quality materials. Have better quality UPPER management. Their systems and models are archaic and embarrassing compared to other companies. Get with the times on technology especially.

Pay me more. Teach the leads how to lead. Teach maintenance how to maintain.

Better communication and connection between upper and lower management. More appreciation of staff and lower level management. Focus on the customer needs over the bottom line in numbers. Do what’s right for the custom
