Andee Doty is in no position to be a general manager. She doesnt have the knowledge, and is unprofessional and uses company time for personal time. Melinda Cane (District Manager for Dallas) ignores concerns about Andee's misbehavior but puniahes others for speaking out.

All of the women i work with a very dedicated and hard workers. Lately, they have been very down and moral has not been good due to the general manager's bullying and manipulation tactics. It is a very toxic environment.
Coworkers are best friends with manager so they literally stand around gossiping instead of working. Because they know that when im done with my work management will make me go help them. & if its not completeled by my 8hour shift i need to stay & do 10hours to finish there stuff while everyone goes

The culture needs to become more employee appreciative instead of just numbers and bottom dollar.
When i was interviewed there was a different manager and they were willing to work with me to make sure i could do the job correctly. new manager just expect you to know how to do everything and wants 100% all the time no matter what.
Angel is cery nice. But they fail to tell people the truth. Its a seasonal position we dont always have work. Then when we do get slammed with work we are expected to dray 10 hours. They notify us 10 minutes before an 8 hour shift that we need to stay 10 hours. They also lie about the hours

On top of the 30 day probationary period before someone becomes permanent, they need to screen better. Better questions, more in depth analysis on these people who should know this is a medical office first and foremost. Should be DOCTOR oriented, clean, efficient and professional. No stores are.

'Patients' are to be treated like cattle. Herd as many of them through as fast as you can, regardless of the health or well-being.

Have better quality materials. Have better quality UPPER management. Their systems and models are archaic and embarrassing compared to other companies. Get with the times on technology especially.
