What are some of the best things about your team?
We do what's best for the customers we don't try to up sale which keeps people coming back for years
the best team in my team communications.
They look to me as a veteran and for help on what they feel is difficult
All Receptionist, Optician, and Technicians are knowledgeable
All of the women i work with a very dedicated and hard workers. Lately, they have been very down and moral has not been good due to the general manager's bullying and manipulation tactics. It is a very toxic environment.
They are fun and it is small
for the most part we all get along and work well with each other and get things done as a team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are best friends with manager so they literally stand around gossiping instead of working. Because they know that when im done with my work management will make me go help them. & if its not completeled by my 8hour shift i need to stay & do 10hours to finish there stuff while everyone goes
Waste of time to chatter about nothing
Better communication with employees and manager
Don't talk behind other people's back
They could work harder and more diligently. They could be more professional.
