lack of communication about company policies
I was treated very poorly and I just resigned, so nothing would make me feel better.
Better benefits package is needed. Healthcare is subpar, Dental is limited coverage

We cannot live on these wages. Reade acts "woke" yet will still allow people to pay employees $10/hour to open-close and be talked down to/harassed by management. I have been told NOT to go to HR for targeted harassment MULTIPLE TIMES.

I have been told constantly how the lenses not being perfect is my fault. Then I will go get maintenance and they will spend hours fixing the machines I was using. Showing me that it is maintenances fault and not mine.
