We have a general manager that is selfish and always trying to pin employees against eachother
Communication throughout the brands. Team work
Nothing to do with the company. They try to throw a free meal once every few months to "boost morale". The only positives are SOME kind customers and some of the staff. We are such a hated company, customers take that anger out on us. They're protected, we're told to endure the abuse for money.
