We have a diverse group and everyone is pretty nice and helpful

The leadership team in my area believes in family first and so it makes for a nice atmosphere
What is the best part about your compensation package?
After 5 yrs you receive 23 days off per year to use as sick or vacation time. There is also a pension which many companies no longer offer
