What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are good at picking nsurance and advertising. They are bad at customer service and Mutal Fund sales
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understandable by the markets they get into. They got to bro Mutal funds and have not been able to capitalize on the market like they did with annuities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The sales people were ok, but there were too many people who were Nationwide “lifers” who have only had exposure to that company. There is not much acceptance of anything but the Nationwide way. Even if it is not working.
