
More collaboration would be beneficial, there are far to many things going on which are impacting effective collaboration
There should be more alignment between Sr. Leadership and their respective business units from an objective and communication perspective.
There needs to be more distribution and member focus. Our associates need to be more empowered to "delight" our members and partners!
The variable compensation plan needs to be more realistic and attainable (a stretch objective is fine) but there should be recognition for strategic organizational changes in the sales leader objective. Also 401K matching should be more robust, at least a 5 or 6% match at 100%.
