
Director level and down are great. Above that it is all image, politics and exec's showing off.
Pay comparably with competitors most like us. We are steadily losing good people who get paid more elsewhere.
Treat all associates equally. Reward performance and ability the same regardless of skin color, etc. Handle promotions the same.
Experienced, support each other well, understand how to be a member of a team and also be a leader in the team.
Going great for personal lines. Trying to move into mid-level commercial lines with a small account mindset and lack of underwriting skills for that level.
