- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Ethical fairness and accountability are important. Nepotism and gaslighting are very harmful to people and the individuals that are inflicted upon.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am a spitting image of the culture(facade) and NGVC has shown only one pattern. Support nepotism over everything else. Righr now NGVC have 7 hr reps in Total. 11/5/23. And over 4000 employees. That is a 1/571 ratio HrRep/Employees. the lenant end of the recommended guidelines is a 1/350 ratio
