Leadership is not what it used to be when i started working at Universal, people love their job and now you bring new managers that have never work in our industry claiming they have the answer without knowing the process of what it takes to do our job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hired managers within our department that are familiar with our workflow, outside managers don’t know our system and is a waste of time and money to pay top dollar for a manager that doesn’t know how to do things and either they quit in less than a year or get fired for not knowing their job
