The Pay isn’t competitive and there is a high turnover especially in Creative! Also there isn’t opportunity for growth.
Hired managers within our department that are familiar with our workflow, outside managers don’t know our system and is a waste of time and money to pay top dollar for a manager that doesn’t know how to do things and either they quit in less than a year or get fired for not knowing their job
