What do you like best about the leadership team?
Awesome working environment. Everybody I work with is awesome.
They are accessible, they listen to you and present results in a timely fashion.

Communication, empathy, and career advancement are a priority for their team and partners.
The leadership team encourages you to take responsible risks and provides support and direction.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The truth may hurt, but it hurts a lot less than being lied to and and manipulated. Have some respect for your employees and trust them to take bad news like the adult professionals they are, not the unsuspecting sacrificial lambs you turn them into.
HR are useless fools and don’t really care about the employee
Leaders need to step up for their direct reports, know when to say no to upper management, be more transparent and have accountability

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair and easy to access.

Earning a living to oay the bills
We get to have some compensation
I appreciate the kindness universal studios have shown unto me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More bonus and LTI would be great
Being paid equally to my male counterpart would be a start.
Needs to be raised significantly to compete with other companies and inflation rate.
I'm paid $50k less to move to a city twice as expensive.
A better benefits package and more opportunities for low level employees to grow.

We work well together. We are well-informed and are given a clear mandate regarding what is expected of us.
We have stuck together through thick and thin. We work well together, trust each other and collaborate effectively.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a lot of unnecessary internal meryings.
It's very polarized. Some of the team is incredible, but several management team members are unbearable.
