Manageable workload, making a difference.

Lower pay than private sector.

Structured interview with team interview.

There is a very nasty subculture of "we can't do anything" and incredibly backwards business practices.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have the interview team approach interview role to capture different aspects (e.g., technical, cultural fit, role fit, etc.)

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are focused on making sure we make progress in our work while ensuring we have a great place to work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better environment (the building I'm in is a dump), need to do more business-related engagement activities to meet the team and collaborate more effectively. Need to eliminate "old boys" network.
