Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making strides on a more transparent compensation framework. It is unclear on how to earn more, bonus matrix based upon role to include percentage of base pay, and when eligible for RSUs.

Diversity and inclusion is not just a statement, it is practiced at nCino. Understanding ALL people and where they come from and where they want to see their career take them - nCino does that.
