More diversity. I barely can relate to them aside from work, makes it difficult to engage and collaborate. I feel like an outsider on a regular basis.

Overall, I like most of my coworkers. However a few of them are so bad that it taints the whole team. I need my coworkers to actually put effort into their jobs so that others don't have to pick up the slack. It is shocking to me that nCino has continued to let a lot of this incompetence continue.
