Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Just under valued not apperciated

100% you’re nothing but a number, they will fire hundreds of people to keep top tier in Switzerland happy. Nestlé USA in VA needs an absolute overhaul. It was a great place to work. They brought in people who used to drive forklifts

Review from Sales Dept

better hoyurly pay to employees

Review from Operations Dept

Often times I am constantly backing up other so they can have days off. I rarely get days off. I am unable to complete my job well while doing theirs so my tasks do not get completed. Management does not understand this.

We get paid overtime based on vrot which is technically Chinese pay rate

Review from Sales Dept

You ask us to take over 100 calls a day and keep each one under 4 minutes. I got yelled at today for having to go to the bathroom not on break. I deserve better than this

I wish our bonuses were based on an individual's performance rather than a whole team of 150 people.

Review from Operations Dept

Long hours less money.
