  • You are generally encouraged to go home at 5. Crunch time means later hours but the higher ups don't demand late in-office hours.

  • I think you mean the Rosslyn, VA location - People are generally in around 8:30-8:45 and almost everyone is gone by 6. But employees do address emails and such from home if needed.

    Depends heavily on the office. Headquarters is much more buttoned up than Solon, which is more buttoned up than Oakland. Generally supportive people, though, who are willing to help you with your career.

  • Yes, they do both. Drug test is a hair test for all new employees. They do a background check looking into everything on your resume and a general check.
