I think you mean the Rosslyn, VA location - People are generally in around 8:30-8:45 and almost everyone is gone by 6. But employees do address emails and such from home if needed.

You are generally encouraged to go home at 5. Crunch time means later hours but the higher ups don't demand late in-office hours.
