Nestle has great brands and some great teams. You get out what you put in, but it has very old systems and the pay is below comparable companies. Very hard to move up also.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager, my team, and the channel I work in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have yet to have a direct leader/manager that disappointed me. They have hands down been the best, just enough tension to push me to excel but always supporting me by removing barriers to success and advocating for me.
