I feel my coworkers need to get better at listening.

My co-workers are fun to work with and easy to get along.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel sometimes, projects that involve contractors are sometimes not completed in a timely manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish our bonuses were based on an individual's performance rather than a whole team of 150 people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are very short handed and need more workers to come in who are committed to the company and its policies and proceedures.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is getting busier and we don't have enough workers. Also, the stand-up forklifts are not the ideal for a fast paced warehousing atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and approachable. They work along side with us and they are willing to do whatever needs to be done to make us successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leadership is awesome and I truly enjoy working under my manager. He is very mature for his age and does a great job with everything in management.
