What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Learning to run the operation with a bottom up supportive style rather than ruling by threatening the team. Strive to get the associates engaged and really listen to them. They are missing out on a lot of knowledge the operators bring to the table

Communication and empathy for the employees

Review from Product Dept

Managers are awful, HR is a mess. There is a total lack of communication between middle management and high level management. Sales Team leads are unqualified and in over their heads. They have zero idea how to lead people and HR takes nothing seriously.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Lacking in sales, changed schedule, poorly managed throughout our local operation

Company upends your life and doesn't care about workers ideas or quality of life. Also they're equipment is very out of date and doesn't work more than half the time, but they would rather blame the workers than actually fix or replace anything.
