Review from Customer Support Dept
engaging with my co-workers and solving problems.
They need a new CEO
Lack of innovation to keep pace with the industry
Not much innovation. Sales has too much power to just compete on price
I want it my job to be more engaging and proactive, but it has restrictions currently
Executive team and upper management is focused solely on the current quarter results, asking lower management to cut back in almost all spending to artificially inflate results. If they would invest in longer term employer development, morale would be higher and employees generally happier.
Review from Marketing Dept
HR department is dysfunctional and doesn't know how to work together. It is evident leadership can't communicate with each other and that pressure is taken out on their teams.
Thin the herd of inexperienced management (starting from the first line all the way up). Value the people doing the work, not the management. Promote people that are not managers.
