
When hiring people with 20+ years experience (more than most any manager), use it!
My team was a smart group of individuals. I really enjoyed working with them and I hope they find their way to a place they are valued.
Thin the herd of inexperienced management (starting from the first line all the way up). Value the people doing the work, not the management. Promote people that are not managers.
Having a real vision and communicating it. To not be like the competition is not a vision. How will the market be disrupted by innovative technology needs to be the vision.
