Toxic culture for starters. It would help if managers actually wrote words, you know like composed of letters, on a focal review...
Review from Engineering Dept

Think big and be open to new ideas
Stop trying to act as if NetApp has nothing new to learn

Improve the culture. Leadership needs to be more approachable and empathetic. We're not looking to be baby-sat - just want to be treated with human decency.
Communication is awful no one talks about what they need
Review from Sales Dept
Have clear mission, goals and operational plans
Make people more accountable to drive the business forward
clear strategy that doesnt change every minute
Hold the promises you make and actually train your employees. It's not like you don't try you just don't train the people who are supposed to train so the bar is low
Review from Sales Dept
Reduce the timeline for the interviews
They need a new CEO
Lack of innovation to keep pace with the industry
Not much innovation. Sales has too much power to just compete on price
