Base pay on par with industry
I love the bonus structure and ESPP, ive made a ton of money on our ESPP its a really good program.
Bonus, but it's discretionary and political.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people engagement in meetings, calls, onsite. there is always a motivation to connect.
The freedom, trust, and flexibility. It makes me want to work harder for the company because I get to love and live my life the way I want to.
Once was a greatest place to work. Market disruption tightened belt and transformation through layoffs and benefit reductions were painful growth/decay.
