Co-workers work well as a team and try to help each other. Some of the workers on the floor really put the patient care first.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like to be able to different roles within the company. I like to be acknowledged for my hard work. I like to do things at work that can make people happy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some of the management is engaging and responds in a timely fashion. Some management needs to be more responsive to emails and requests. There are some members of management that really do not acknowledge the common workers.
