There could be better communication between departments, management, and employees. Changes in compensation for long term employees as pay changes for new hires to equal out pay levels. There could be more recognition for employees that go above and beyond to help other employees and the company.

Be more open about the expectations of the position. Open more about the exact pay and benefits of the position.

Co-workers work well as a team and try to help each other. Some of the workers on the floor really put the patient care first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to be able to different roles within the company. I like to be acknowledged for my hard work. I like to do things at work that can make people happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the management is engaging and responds in a timely fashion. Some management needs to be more responsive to emails and requests. There are some members of management that really do not acknowledge the common workers.
